A short, practical course for office workers and professionals who use AI assistants and want better results in fewer tries. No technical background needed.

You’ll learn how an AI assistant produces an answer, why one bounded job beats one broad one, and how to write a five-part prompt — Persona, Goal, Context, Steps/Requirements, Harness — that gets you what you need without rounds of corrections. Every idea is shown with everyday business tasks: emails, reports, meeting summaries and document reviews.

  • Unit 1: How AI Produces an Answer
  • Unit 2: Specialist Agents vs. General-Purpose Assistants
  • Unit 3: The Five-Part Prompt
  • Final Exam

Each unit is a lesson followed by a quiz, and every quiz and the Final Exam need 100% to pass, with unlimited retakes, and the course is complete when you pass the Final Exam. You leave with a fill-in-the-blank prompt template you can copy and reuse. The whole course takes about 1.5 hours, at your own pace.
